TERMS & CONDITIONS (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with KYMO Design KG (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our online channels or directly via email.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in their current version.

2. Product Information & Craftsmanship

All jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted and made to order.

Slight variations in shape, texture, or color may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work and the characteristics of natural materials. These variations do not constitute defects.

3. Ordering Process

Once you have selected a piece and completed checkout, you will receive an order confirmation.

Production begins after payment has been received (or after the agreed deposit).

For custom-made designs or special requests, additional information may be required before production starts.

4. Production Time

Each piece is made exclusively for you.

Please allow up to four weeks for production, plus shipping time.

If delays occur due to material availability or workshop capacity, we will notify you promptly.

5. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices include VAT (if applicable).

Apple Pay
Bank transfer

For custom pieces or higher-value items, a deposit may be required.

Production begins only after confirmation of the required payment.

Payment for custom-made pieces is arranged individually.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union.

Each order is packaged securely and shipped with tracking and insurance.

Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

For customers outside the EU, please contact us directly to explore international shipping options.

7. Custom-Made Goods & Exclusion of Returns

Since all jewelry pieces are made to order and produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order has been confirmed.

According to EU consumer protection law, custom-made and personalized items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Please reach out before your purchase if you have any questions about a piece, sizing, materials, or design.

8. Returns & Cancellations

As each piece is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations once your order is confirmed.

Please note:

All jewelry is made to order and produced individually based on your request.
According to EU consumer protection laws, custom-made and personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

9. Warranty

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue.

We will assess the situation and repair or replace the item where appropriate.

Damage caused by improper handling, wear, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered by warranty.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts, and content on this website are the intellectual property of KYMO Design KG and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the GDPR.

Your personal data is processed solely for order management and website functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Cookie Settings

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Vienna, Austria.
